Since he was 7 years old, Andrew has been coming to Miami and Palm Beach from New York to visit grandparents and relatives. He has always been enamored with the warm evening breezes, swaying palms, and year-round golf, of course! After braving too many northeastern winters, Andrew and his wife purchased a pied-a-terre in Palm Beach to get out of the cold and now it is their permanent home. His love of real estate began with the New York Times Real Estate section every Sunday morning. It was the only section that was covered in sticky fingerprints from strawberry jam! “I love to get engaged in the process with people to really understand their motivations and needs. Working in the family apparel business in sales embedded his work ethic and principles. After selling the family business, he embarked on a career in photography in New York. When I decided to sell my condo this spring I wanted to work with Echo Fine Properties because of their professional knowledge of the Bluffs.
